Port-wine Stain Study

The flash-pumped pulsed-dye laser was used for the treatment of port-wine stains in children. In a study described in the paper "Effect of the timing of treatment of port-wine stains with the flash-pumped pulse-dye laser," The New England Journal of Medicine,338: 1028–1033, four age groups of 25 patients were determined, and the improvement of each patient was measured for the reduction in color. Eleven of the 100 patients were not included in the data due to a variety of circumstances.

The original data stain.csv contains the reduction measurement in separate columns for each age group, 0-5, 6-11, 12-17, and 18-31, and it is required for stain.R.
